The USS Freedom is the first Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) deployed with the US Navy. It is currently deployed in support of US Navy littoral operations, including counter-drug missions. In this slide show, the engagement of the assets from the USS Freedom are seen involved in a successful counter drug operation.
