Mr. Martinez is a consultant who has experience working across a myriad of management levels within the Department of Defense (DoD) in policy, planning, programming and resource analysis, requirements generation and program management. A retired Marine Corps officer and pilot, Mr. Martinez has worked with some of the largest aviation programs in DoD, and has extensive work experience in the Washington D.C. metro and Northern Virginia areas.
