The NATO Counter-Mine Task Force is about to go on an exercise in the Baltic sea.

Prior to that there has been a change of command from a Lithuanian naval officer to a Dutch one.

This is the first time a Baltic nation has commanded the NATO task force in the Baltic Sea.
