VMFA-232 Maintainers at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska

U. S. Marines with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 232, Marine Aircraft Group (MAG) 11, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, perform maintenance checks on an F/A-18C Hornet during Red Flag-Alaska (RF-A) 19-1 at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, Oct. 5. 

RF-A 19-1 is a series of U.S. Pacific Air Force commander-directed field training exercise for U.S. and coalition forces to provide a realistic joint offensive counter-air, interdiction, close air support and large-force employment training in a simulated combat environment.
