150813-N-DQ503-455 NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS (Aug. 13, 2015) – An MV-22 Osprey tiltrotor aircraft, assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 265 (Reinforced) currently embarked onboard forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6), flies over the Northern Mariana Islands. Bonhomme Richard is the lead ship of the Bonhomme Richard Expeditionary Strike Group and is on patrol in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
