03/16/2017: U.S. Airmen from the 99th Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron prepare, launch and recover two U.S. Air Force U-2S Dragon Lady reconnaissance planes in support of Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia Feb 14, 2017.
The U-2 provides high altitude, all-weather surveillance and reconnaissance in direct support of U.S. and allied forces.
