(Left) PLA-N Jinan, HMAS Darwin and PLA-N Yiyang transit through waters off the Brisbane coast. *** Local Caption *** The Peoples Liberation Army- Navy’s 20th Naval Escort Task Force is conducting their first global deployment, visiting 14 ports in 13 different countries. While transiting to the port of Brisbane, the task force PLA-N Yiyang and PLA-N Jinan was escorted by HMAS Darwin. The transit gave the opportunity for both countries to conduct Officer of the Watch Manouevers at sea.
