While on tour HMAS Stuart participated in the Japanese Fleet Review during the ships eight day visit to Yokosuka.
After departing Japan HMAS Stuart took part in Exercise Nichi Gou Trident in the South China Sea followed by a visit to the Republic of Korea and upon completion of Exercise Haedoli-Wallaby the ship ventured on to China before heading home to Fleet Base East in Sydney, Australia.
