Outgoing Chief of the Defence Force, Air Chief Marshal Mark Binskin, AC, handed command of the Australian Defence Force to General Angus Campbell, AO, DSC, at a parade in Canberra on 6 July 2018.
The parade featured Australia’s Federation Guard, the Band of the Royal Military College – Duntroon, a didgeridoo performance by Wing Commander Johnathon Lilley, an F/A-18 Hornet flypast and a 17 Gun Salute. Air Chief Marshal Mark Binskin, AC, retired after more than 40 years’ service in the Australian Defence Force.
